I work as an operating leader across owner-managed scale-ups, post-acquisition entities, and regulated B2B environments. The pattern is the same in every role: bring structure to chaos, align the team on the right priorities, and put the P&L on solid ground.
The AI shift is reshaping which operational problems are worth solving by hand. I follow this space closely and want to put these tools to work where they actually move the unit economics. Not as a checkbox.
I'm at my best with a real mandate, a team that knows its domain, and a problem that needs both strategy and hands-on execution.

- Built Switzerland-based IoT scale-up from launch to ~25 internal team, 3 products, and 15M+ pipeline within 5 months
- Selected for a leading global AI startup accelerator program (Spring 2026 cohort)
- Showcased at CES 2026 Las Vegas as one of 24 Swiss companies in the Swisstech pavilion
- Full P&L ownership of the post-acquisition merged entity (~20 people in Prague)
- Closed CHF 3M Pre-Series A in Nov 2023, backed by well-known international VCs
- Rolled out ERP across merged operations, replacing fragmented spreadsheets with investor-ready governance
- Onboarded a major pharma industry player as anchor B2B client in a regulated environment (FDA, EU GDP)
- Built a 24/7 global call center from scratch, with multi-shift operations and enterprise SLAs
- Led the post-acquisition integration of Zoxtracker and Hive-Tracker into a single operating entity
- End-to-end HW + SW product ownership: PCBA manufacturing, firmware, distribution
- Closed partnership with a major European telecom operator for eSIM device launch
- Built consumer-facing iOS and Android apps, plus a Czech consumer-rights platform
